Madeline McLaughlin joined Central West Ballet in 2023. Madeline has distinguished herself as the Lilac Fairy and in the role of Carabosse in The Sleeping Beauty, as a Bride in René Daveluy's Dracula, in Midwest Story from Cowboys as the Waltz Queen and Lead Chinese in The Nutcracker, in Arabesque from Nutcracker in Jazz, in Lovers Sorrow from Frankenstein or the Modern Promnetheus as well as a Bond Sugar Rum in Nutcracker in Jazz (choreogrpahed by Nicole Firpo Felver).

Madeline McLaughlin got her early training at the Academy of Ballet Arts in Murrieta, CA. Later she moved to Salt Lake City to continue her training at the University of Utah's ballet program where she performed in classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Hansel and Gretel, and La Fille Mal Gardée. Ms. McLaughlin got the opportunity to perform new works by contemporary and neoclassical choreographers, most notably Matthew Neenan, Penny Saunders and Rick McCullough. Following her graduation she joined California Ballet and worked there until 2021. For the past two seasons Madeline McLaughlin has been dancing as a company member with Ballet Quad Cities, where she had the opportunity to develop as an artist through both classical and contemporary roles.
