Brian Harris was born in Modesto, California. He has distinguished himself as Peter Pan, as Henry Clerval in René Daveluy's Frankenstein, or the Modern Prometheus, in other repertoire created by Daveluy such as Palyful and Whimsical from Love Duets, Gnomus from Pictrures at an Exhibition, Starboard, Marooned and The Hero, Vilain, Damsel and the Train from Pirates, Cowboys and Damsels, as the Jester and a Stepsister in Cinderella, As Dr. Coppélius in Coppélia and in the 3rd Pas de Deux from She Only Remembers (Music by Dale Trumbore and choreography by René Daveluy).

Joining Central West Ballet in 2009 at the age of 5, Brian Harris frequently started performing with the company in many key productions. During those formative years, Brian acquired a solid stage upbringing and made his mark in various roles, particularly as the Apple Boy in Jan Clark Fugit and René Daveluy's Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Brian also distinguished himself as Jig Boy and as Johnny in The Devil Went Down To Georgia from House of Folk, in Lullaby from Love Duets, as Friedrich Vanderstahlbaum and in Balalaika Swing in Nutcracker in Jazz and in Sam's Song, Me And My Shadow and other featured numbers in Rat Pack in Revue. In recent years, Brian Harris also distinguished himself as Principal in the Grand Pas de Deux, Snow Scene, Waltz of the Flowers and Arabian from The Nutcracker and as a Londoner in Daveluy's Dracula. Other noteworthy performances include She Only Remembers, Pirates, Cowboys and Damsels, the Opening from Canvas Emotions, Coppélia, Pictures at an Exhibition, L'Arlésienne, Summer Rhapsody, Love Duets, Solitary Workers, Peter Pan and Rat Pack in Revue.

Brian Harris has also starred as Michael in the 2017 Modesto Performing Arts production of Billy Elliot, as Gee-Tar the 2021 production of West Side Story and as Mike Costa in the 2022 production of A Chorus Line. Mr. Harris also performed in the starring role of Don Lockwood in the Gallo Center for the Arts Yes Company production of Singin' in the Rain.
